As many of you may have known, our friendly neighbourhood wall crawlers Sim Tong & See Ming tied the knot last Saturday. The wedding was a lovely occasion held at the Luna Bar, which provided a generous view of the KL cityscape.
Sim seemed dressed in his usual "chill" self; and even managed a funny poke at himself - a piece of to-do list given out at the reception says something like "Identify the groom".
See Ming seemed almost overwhelmed by the surrealism of it all; but gave out a memorable speech, summarized by these 3 words - "Believe in Love". In fact sentences cannot even come close to describing the emotions that came with it.
Well anyhow it was a great occasion; and it really feels good too, as a friend, to be part of such a joyous experience.
Back in 2002 Sim once wrote in his website:
"I just realized that I have reached the loneliest point in my life. If were to wake up tomorrow to find myself stranded on an uninhabited island with nothing to do but eat coconuts and chase monkeys, I wouldn't feel any more miserable than I do now. "
How far away that island must be now... :-) Congratulations!
